Job Description
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Virginia Beach, VA and Chesapeake, VA. The LPN will provide direct care to patients in their homes, monitoring their health, administering treatments, and managing medications. Collaboration with a team of healthcare professionals is required.
Requirements
- Trade School Graduate
- LPN License (Active in Virginia)
- BLS (Required within 90 days)
- Home Care experience is highly preferred
