Job Description
Patient Care Representative responsible for registration process of new and current patients, check-in and check-out functions, and communicating with insurance carriers and discharge planners.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
- Previous front-desk or patient care experience (Preferred)
- Ability to communicate with insurance carriers and discharge planners in a professional manner.
