Requirements

• Bachelor's Level Degree in Physical Therapy
• Active Physical Therapist License
• Master's or Doctorate Level Degree preferred
• 1-year experience required for Resource Pool applicants
• Direct Access certification within one year of hire for Hampton Roads Outpatient facilities
