Requirements
- Physical therapist assistant (PTA) education, obtained in a CAPTE-accredited two-year associate degree program
- Associate's Degree for Physical Therapy Assistant
- Holds a current Physical Therapy Assistant Licensure
- Has at least 2 years of experience as a PTA
