Job Description
The Registered Nurse will play a critical role in delivering high-quality, compassionate care to a diverse patient population. The RN is expected to uphold the highest standards of patient safety, adhere to evidence-based protocols, and contribute to a supportive and empathetic environment.
Requirements
- Conducting thorough assessments, designing and implementing personalized care plans, administering medications and treatments, and evaluating patient responses to interventions
- Educating patients and their families about health conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care
- Monitoring and recording vital signs, observing changes in patient conditions, and responding promptly with appropriate interventions
