Job Description
Registered Nurse position available in the Cardiac Cath Holding Care Unit at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital. The Registered Nurse is responsible for performing a competent level of nursing care, preparing and recovering patients for procedures in the Cath lab, EP lab, and Minor Procedure Room as well as the Cardiac OR for surgery.
Requirements
- 1+ years of bedside nursing experience
- Telemetry-Cardiac experience preferred
- Associate's Degree or Diploma in Registered Nursing (required)
- Bachelor of Science Nursing- BSN or MSN (Preferred)
- Virginia RN License Virginia or Compact/Multi-State Eligible
- All Direct Care RN's required to have BLS within 90 days of hire
- Critical Care/IMCU ACLS within 1 year of hire
