The Senior Healthcare Data Analyst provides advanced data analysis and reporting support to drive operational, clinical, and strategic decision-making. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions that monitor program performance and support business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis
- Experience developing dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar visualization tools
- Experience working with Databricks or similar data platforms
- Experience in healthcare analytics, including clinical, operational, or regulatory reporting
- Ability to perform ad-hoc analysis, define business requirements, and deliver actionable insights
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate data into meaningful recommendations
