Job Description
Sentara Healthcare is seeking a Full Time/Day Shift Transplant Coordinator for our Kidney/Pancreas Transplant team at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital. The Transplant Coordinator will coordinate care with post-transplant patients, facilitate clinic flow, transplant evaluation, and patient care management.
Requirements
- 2+ years of acute care experience
- BSN degree
- good medical - renal knowledge
- understands chronic disease
- BLS required
- Certified Clinical Transplant Coord (CCTC) required within three (3) years of hire
