Job Description
SentiLink is hiring a Chief of Staff to the CTO to drive execution, operational rigor, and accountability across the Engineering and Data Science organizations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- 5+ years in Engineering, Technical Program Management, Product, or similar execution-heavy roles
- Experience in high-growth startup environments
- Strong technical fluency — able to engage deeply with engineers and data scientists
- Proven track record of driving cross-functional initiatives from idea to execution
- High ownership and bias for action
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
