Cybersecurity / SOC Analyst

Role Overview

Sentinel is looking for a motivated and curious individual to join our Cybersecurity team. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to build hands-on experience with enterprise cybersecurity solutions in a highly collaborative Security Operations Center (SOC) environment.

What You Will Do

Monitor, analyze, and respond to security events, work closely with cross-functional teams, and participate in incident response activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience/certifications
• Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, ITIL, or similar
• Experience with assisting in developing and delivering monthly security awareness communications and training
• Experience in monitoring and analyzing alerts from SIEM, EDR, and related systems to identify potential threats
• Assist with triage and escalation of security events
• Exposure to ticketing systems and basic case management workflows
• Participate in incident response activities, including documentation, evidence gathering, and reporting
• Willingness to participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation as needed to support incident response and critical security events
• Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
