SOC Analyst

Thrive is looking for a SOC Analyst to monitor and improve clients' security posture, prevent and respond to cybersecurity incidents. The ideal candidate has a passion for information security and experience with SIEM, TCP/IP, IDS/IPS, and more.

Requirements

• Perform security event monitoring using SIEM
• Investigate intrusion attempts and differentiate false positives from true intrusion attempts
• Proactive monitoring and response of known and/or emerging threats
• Analyze data from SOC and SIEM
• Manage clients' security awareness training
• Analyze vulnerability scans and determine remediation steps
• Stay abreast of security events and techniques
• Build awareness through training and education
