SentinelOne is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their team and help drive growth across German-speaking regions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying high-value leads through inbound and outbound outreach, and will work closely with the enterprise sales team to ensure seamless handoffs and strategic alignment.
Requirements
- Fluency in English & German (spoken and written)
- Proven experience in a Sales Development, Sales Account Executive, or related lead-generation role
- Confidence and professionalism in cold calling and outbound outreach
- A track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce experience is a plus)
- Solid working knowledge of Excel for tracking and analyzing performance data
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- The ability to confidently deliver engaging and persuasive presentations
