Job Description
SentinelOne is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead their Linux & Cloud Workload Detection team. This team focuses on building and evolving behavioral detection capabilities for both Linux endpoints, servers, and Kubernetes environments. The role involves mentoring a team, defining detection strategies, and ensuring product quality and innovation. It involves collaborating with product and research teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing a Linux/Cloud engineering team
- Strong technical expertise in Linux internals
- Familiarity with threat detection methodologies and frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK
- Hands-on background in endpoint agents or detection content development
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to drive alignment across engineering, research, and product teams
