Our Social Media Analysts execute Sentry’s social media content strategies. This includes planning, executing, and optimizing advertising campaigns across social media channels, analyzing online conversations, and providing actionable recommendations to cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or related field, or equivalent related work experience
- Minimum of 1-year related work experience
- Experience utilizing organic features within Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Proficiency in using social media publishing tools to monitor or schedule content
- Ability to think strategically and align marketing plans with business objectives
- Experience with social listening and brand monitoring
- Excellent customer service skills
- Organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to set priorities, adjust priorities, meet deadlines, and multi-task in a fast paced environment
