10-11th Grade ELA Associate Instructor (Summer 2026)

Associate Instructors will implement a rigorous college prep curriculum for high school students, promoting depth of understanding and skill acquisition. They will co-teach, facilitate classroom instruction, and provide additional support to students. Associates will work alongside Instructors, responding to coaching and feedback, and engaging in conversations analyzing power, privilege, and oppression.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a content-related field
• Experience working with high school-aged students
• Comfortable with navigating technological learning systems
• Expertise and depth of knowledge in Advanced high school-level English and Humanities subjects
• Eagerness to engage in conversations analyzing power, privilege, and oppression
