Job Description
As a Beauty Advisor, you'll be the face of Sephora Canada's welcoming clients with warmth, confidence, and a passion for all things beauty, providing personalized consultations and expert product recommendations, and playing a meaningful role in clients' confidence journeys.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player with the ability to thrive in a collaborative, goal-oriented, and inclusive environment
- Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
