As a Beauty Advisor, you'll be the face of Sephora, welcoming every client with warmth, confidence, and a passion for all things beauty. You'll deliver personalized beauty experiences, provide tailored consultations and product recommendations, and stay ahead of trends.

Requirements

• Previous experience and demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and develop strong client relationships in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment
• A passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative, goal-oriented, and inclusive environment
• Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
