Job Description
As a Beauty Advisor for Sephora Italia, you will be responsible for welcoming customers, offering personalized consultations, and contributing to the achievement of store goals. You will also be responsible for ordering and managing the warehouse and deliveries, and contributing to the creation of a strong team spirit.
Requirements
- Previous experience in similar roles (Sales Assistant, Promoter, Beauty Consultant)
- Knowledge of the main KPIs of commerce
- Agility, dynamism, and flexibility
- Strong orientation to results
- High predisposition to teamwork
- High school diploma
- Good knowledge of English, French knowledge desirable
