Join Sephora as Assistant Store Manager on a Full-Time basis in our Flagship Sydney CBD store on a fixed-term contract until October 2026, leading the team to deliver an unbeatable client experience and driving business growth.
Requirements
- 2-3+ years' experience in retail/store line management
- Excellent client service and experiential retail experience
- Previous retail management experience at a big box retailer or multi-site experience
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and business management skills
- Strong emotional intelligence, communication skills, and the ability to influence team members at all levels
- Flexibility to work weekends, before/after store hours, and evenings
