Requirements
- Lead and inspire team members to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales goals
- Drive performance through strong client engagement, expert product knowledge, and personalized recommendations
- Coach for growth by providing ongoing feedback and development to elevate team performance
- Train and develop team members in service excellence, loyalty programs, product expertise, and brand initiatives
- Execute daily operations, including inventory, visual merchandising, and maintaining store standards
- Foster inclusivity and teamwork, and promote a culture of openness where everyone feels empowered
- Uphold Sephora standards, including following company policies and creating a safe and enjoyable shopping experience
