Sephora is seeking a SEPHORA Collection Sales & Education Ambassador NSW to champion their innovative products in store, combining sales, business development, education, and merchandising.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with management team
- Proven experience in developing and/or implementing strategies to deliver KPI's
- Experience using MS Office including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to upskill customers and retail teams on trends and product knowledge
- Experience working in a fast paced retail, beauty and/or FMCG (highly desirable)
- Ability to prioritise and meet tight deadlines
- Reporting on business results and communicating them to stakeholders
