Requirements
- At least 3/4 years of experience in roles similar to Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor, Key Holder, preferably in dynamic multinational retail contexts.
- Knowledge of main KPIs in commerce, budget management, analysis, and daily reporting.
- High predisposition in team management, guiding towards goals, and creating a virtuous team spirit.
