Requirements
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in similar roles, preferably within dynamic, multinational retail environments.
- Knowledge of key commerce KPIs, and confidence in budget management, analysis, and daily reporting.
- Agility, dynamism, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong results orientation.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a complex and sizable team, guiding them toward objectives and fostering a positive and collaborative team spirit.
