Job Description
At Sephora Canada, we’re passionate about finding and sharing beauty in the world. As the next Manager of Store Operations and Talent at Sephora, you will lead the people and operational functions of your store.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of management in the beauty, retail, or customer service industry equivalent internal experience.
- Previous experience recruiting, staffing, and hiring across all store positions, including leadership.
- Proven ability to create high-performing teams and identify in-store talent and develop them throughout their career journey.
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills and the ability to influence business partners at all levels clearly and concisely.
- Experience in Windows, Word, and Excel.
