Quality Control Scientist I

Serán is searching for an experienced Scientist to join their Quality Control team, supporting laboratory testing and data analytics for pharmaceutical therapies. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related field and 1-2 years of post-graduation experience with analytical equipment in a GMP laboratory environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry, physics, engineering, or related scientific discipline
• Hands on lab experience
• Communicates effectively and maintains productive relationships with coworkers, clients and other contacts outside the Company
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work in cross-functional teams
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
