Job Description
Serán is seeking a Senior Engineer to support process development of pharmaceutical drug products. The position requires hands-on execution, hypothesis-driven experimental design, and data analysis.
Requirements
- B.S. in Science or Engineering discipline with 5+ years of experience
- M.S. in Science or Engineering discipline with 3+ years of experience
- PhD in Science or Engineering discipline
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
