Job Description
SerĂ¡n seeks to hire a Senior Scientist to join the Product Development group and contribute to develop and scale-up pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
Requirements
- Independently develops experimental protocols and templates
- Summarizes, reports, and analyzes data to draw conclusions and proposes next steps
- Evaluates data and draws conclusions across data sets/projects
- Communicates technical information to internal and external partners
- Authors technical reports and presentations
- Develops and manages workplans
- May supervise and mentor teams
