We are looking for a Commercial Operations Analyst to focus on data and analytics for SERB's commercial teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in analytics or related field
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical or healthcare industry experience
• Proficiency in data visualization tools, specifically Power BI
• Ability to present analytical data to groups of Leadership and employees as needed
• Strong analytical skills
• Strategic thinking and detail orientated
• Project management skills and ability to work collaboratively
• Flexibility to perform under deadlines
• Ensure that all interactions and engagements uphold the highest ethical and professional standards
