Job Description
The Customer Service Officer is the primary point of contact for customers for order tracking and service quality, ensuring management of the order-to-delivery-invoice-collect cycle and contributing to customer satisfaction, loyalty, and data and process reliability.
Requirements
- Good experience in customer relations
- Good mastery of computer tools (CRM, ERP SAP, Pack Office)
- Good knowledge of the pharmaceutical environment and its regulations/enactments
- Good practice of English, and another foreign language and a plus (Polish, Dutch, Portuguese, German, Swedish, Spanish, Italian...)
