Receptionist

As a Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for visitors and will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, managing check-ins and check-outs, and scheduling appointments.

• Greet every visitor with warmth and professionalism
• Manage check-ins and check-outs, verify information, and assist with forms
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Maintain a clean, calm, and welcoming front desk area
• Use digital tools and office systems efficiently
• Support teammates and adapt to changing needs
