Licensed Clinician Social Worker

Holliday’s Helping Hands is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide clinical services to clients at a rehabilitation facility. The role involves providing individual and group therapy, case management, and assisting with clients' overall recovery journey. The company focuses on ending homelessness and provides interim housing, meals, and support.

Requirements

• Provide strong clinical and case management leadership
• Maintain the highest quality provision of direct individual and group therapeutic and case management services
• Complete Adult Initial Assessment, Discharges, and Progress Notes
• Collaborate in the development and provision of clinical trainings
• Assist in involving patients in daily activities and scheduled appointments
• Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred
