LVN

The LVN will be a leadership role in medication and health issues within the Recuperative/HHH Care Program, ensuring the quality of nursing services. Responsibilities include case management, documentation, medication management, training, and coordination of psychiatric services. The role requires a strong commitment to patient care and adherence to clinical standards.

Requirements

• Graduation from an approved nursing program with an associate’s degree or equivalent
• Current, California license as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse
• Minimum one year of psychiatric nursing experience with clients experiencing chronic homelessness and substance abuse
• Ability to physically lift, move, and position patients
• Effective time management and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented and computer skills
• Positive attitude towards patients and cultural sensitivity
• Experience completing medication logs
• Data entry skills
