Job Description
Serenity is seeking a Mental Health Clinician/MSW/Social Worker to provide direct therapeutic services and foster teamwork. Requirements
- Provide individual and group counseling services and outreach.
- Evaluate needs of patients and development treatment plans.
- Develop relationships with patients and collaborate with the SRC team.
- Maintain accurate patient records in electronic databases.
- Adhere to COVID protocols.
- Complete Adult Initial Assessment and Discharge/Progress Notes.
