Job Description
Serigraph is seeking a Working Supervisor with 5+ years of experience leading teams of 5–15 operators. The role requires a strong work ethic, technical expertise, and leadership skills to drive performance, accountability, and teamwork on the production floor.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading teams of 5–15 operators
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Understands departmental procedures and policies
- Knowledge of good departmental and company safety/housekeeping/PPE practices
