Assistant Account Executive

We are seeking an Assistant Account Executive who is bright, energetic, proactive, and collaborative with a positive attitude and has excellent organization and communication skills (verbal and written) to join our team. This is a full-time, regular, benefits-eligible position.

Requirements

• Assist Account team in management of all aspects of client account.
• Serve as liaison between the account group, internal teams, and client.
• Manage production billing for client and actualize client budgets.
• Work with art/production departments to ensure release of all time-sensitive materials.
• Meeting management which includes everything from scheduling to running AV.
• Keep detailed records of internal and client notes, creative materials, campaign plans, etc.
