We are a full-service marketing and advertising agency seeking an entry-level Assistant Media Planner/Buyer to support the Media department with day-to-day media campaign management. The role involves working with senior members of the media team to build and execute display media, paid search, and paid social campaigns for clients, as well as assisting in managing print and broadcast media for entertainment-based accounts.
Requirements
- Work with senior members of the media team to build and execute display media, paid search, and paid social campaigns for clients.
- Enter digital media plans into ad server, liaise with graphic designers internally, and deliver ad tags and creative to vendors in a timely manner.
- Strategize and optimize campaigns in Google Ads and social media advertising platforms (Meta, TikTok, Reddit). Manage budgets to monitor pacing and delivery.
- Gain understanding of Google's suite of reporting and website management tools (GA4, Tag Manager, Looker Studio) and provide actionable insights for client reports.
- Assist and serve as backup for trafficking of broadcast materials to media outlets
- Research new media opportunities and industry updates; set-up meetings when relevant.
- Represent agency in a professional manner to all external media partners.
