Logistics Assistant

Serioplast is seeking a Logistics Assistant to manage logistics processes, maintain a clean and organized working environment, and prepare documentation related to waste disposal. The ideal candidate will have an associate's degree preferred, or relevant work experience in lieu of education, and intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Requirements

• Adhere to all company safety regulations and policies
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment
• Manage documentation related to waste disposal
• Prepare delivery notes and picking lists
• Record incoming goods in the SAP system
• Organize transportation of finished products to customers
• Collaborate with customers' local teams to solve minor delivery issues
• Manage the exchange of returnable packaging between Plants and clients
• Participate in the periodic physical inventory
• Organize transportation of all inbound items (equipment and spare parts)
• Prepare and expedites purchase orders for materials and services needed
• Prepare data and reports for logistics department
• Review and organize files
• Promote effective communication between team and Managers
• Interact with various business functions to drive high performance culture
• Correspond with both internal and external customers effectively
