Production Supervisor - 1st Shift

We're seeking a Production Supervisor to lead our 1st shift team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll review production schedules, manage labor requirements, and ensure efficient staffing to meet production goals. You'll also lead daily start-up and cell meetings, execute operational plans, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet or exceed production, quality, safety, delivery, and GMP standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Lean Manufacturing principles, tools, and applications
• Continuous Improvement experience within a manufacturing environment
• Minimum 2+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
