Business Analyst (fixed-term contract)

Sertis is looking for a Business Analyst to work closely with business users, IT teams, and external vendors to gather requirements, define solutions, and ensure successful delivery of systems and process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience as a business analyst or related role (Senior level)
• 1-2 years of experience as a business analyst or related role (Junior level)
• Experience working on software development or system implementation projects
• Familiarity with SDLC and/or Agile methodology
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders
• Experience in retail, convenience store, or consumer-facing business environments
