Senior Business Analyst (fixed-term contract)

Sertis is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with an account-facing mindset to serve as a key bridge between clients and internal teams. This role goes beyond traditional BA work, you will own client relationships, proactively manage accounts, and drive end-to-end delivery of features and solutions from requirements through to go-live.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related field
• At least 3–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Account Executive, or a combined role with a track record of managing client-facing delivery
• Hands-on experience leading UAT and SIT cycles, including test planning, defect tracking, and sign-off coordination
• Proven ability to gather, document, and manage requirements for software development or system implementation projects
• Solid understanding of SDLC and/or Agile methodologies
• Experience acting as a client or account contact, managing relationships, expectations, and communications independently
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skill, able to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders confidently
• Experience in retail, convenience store, or consumer-facing business environments is a strong plus
• Good communication skills in English and Thai Native
