Operations Associate (North Hollywood, Los Angeles)

Serve Robotics is looking for an Operations Associate to ensure the smooth and reliable performance of its autonomous delivery robots. The role involves assisting robots in the field, performing light maintenance tasks, and collaborating with teams across operations, engineering, and customer support.

Requirements

• Valid drivers license
• Ability to lift and maneuver items weighing up to 50 pounds
• Demonstrated ability to engage with customers in a professional setting
• Willingness and ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Experience with Jira (preferred)
• 1 year of experience in last-mile delivery, robotics, or customer-facing industries (preferred)
• Experience using work communication tools (e.g. Slack) (preferred)
• Strong organizational, collaboration, and problem-solving skills (preferred)
