Serve Robotics is reimagining how things move in cities with its personable sidewalk robot designed for deliveries. The Operations Coordinator will oversee daily deployments, ensure compliance with SOPs, and propose improvements to drive efficiency and reliability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience (3+ years in operations, logistics, or customer service)
• Strong organizational, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure with a proactive, can-do attitude toward challenges
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
