Job Description
LHT Consulting Group is seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant/Project Coordinator to support the CEO | President and Executive Advisors. This hybrid role blends high-level executive support with project coordination, requiring exceptional communication, discretion, and multitasking abilities.
Requirements
- Manage executive calendars, schedules, travel, and correspondence
- Prepare and edit presentations, agendas, and documents
- Coordinate meetings, events, and logistics
- Maintain project timelines, documentation, and task tracking
- Serve as communication liaison between executives, teams, vendors, and clients
- Identify risks, resolve issues, and support day‐to‐day project operations
- Provide occasional personal support and after-hours responsiveness when needed
