Telework QIDP Case Manager - AD

Service Inc of Illinois is dedicated to helping people with developmental delays and disabilities find the services and support they need to live a better life. We are seeking high energy, organized, and compassionate people to join our team as a Telework QIDP Case Manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or a related field
• Minimum one-year of personal or professional experience working with individuals with developmental / intellectual disabilities
• Eligible for QIDP status
• QIDP certified from the Department of Human Services including completion of the DHS approved 40-hour training course
• Valid Driver’s License, Insurance, and reliable transportation
• Bilingual encouraged to apply
• Ability to meet Essential Job Functions with or without reasonable accommodations
