Estimation Coordinator

Estimation Coordinator responsible for scheduling customers, handling estimator concerns, and monitoring IMS and SPOT filters. Position is fully remote and requires high school diploma or equivalent and one to two years related experience. Responsibilities include customer service, scheduling, and data entry.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• One to two years related experience and/or training
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions
• Ability to write letters and prepare other documents
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed instructions
• Knowledge of computer workstations and peripheral equipment
• Knowledge of database, spreadsheet, email and word processing software
• Ability to communicate orally and in writing in English
