Job Description
ServiceCore is looking for an Engineering Team Lead to own the consistent delivery of product outcomes across two small, cross-functional teams. The role involves leading, managing, and growing two cross-functional teams, providing architectural guidance, and coaching engineers on AI-native workflows.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading a software engineering team
- Mastery of more than a single mainstream programming languages
- Demonstrated ability to work in close partnership with Product and Design
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development workflows
- Experience measuring and improving team-level KPIs
