Job Description
ServiceNet is seeking compassionate individuals to join their team as Autism Case Managers. The role involves providing direct support to adults in their homes and local communities, focused on goals related to independence, health, and community engagement. This is a full-time position working Monday-Friday, 8 hours per day, with flexible scheduling.
Requirements
- Be part of teams providing outreach support to adults with autism.
- Partner with individuals in creating and achieving goals.
- Common individual goals include living independently, health care coordination, skills development, and crisis support.
- Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license and willingness to transport individuals as needed.
