AWC Autism Support Staff Member
Must be 18+ & have a valid driver’s license. High school diploma/GED is needed, plus 1+ years of experience with individuals with Autism.
Day Counselor
High school diploma or GED required. Experience w/ people with disabilities preferred. Valid driver’s license required. Ability to provide personal care. MAP certification preferred or willingness to obtain
Case Manager Individual Shelter
High school diploma/equivalent + 1+ year exp. working with people experiencing homelessness. Valid driver's license/vehicle needed. Validates social service agencies in the Berkshire County area
Case Manager for Supportive Housing
Some CADAC/LADC skills preferred. Experience in substance use recovery is a plus. Strong organizational and communication skills needed for independence
Direct Care Counselor
Bilingual candidates preferred. Experience working with vulnerable populations (low income, mental health issues, addiction) is a plus. Proficiency in communication, organization, and computer skills required
Direct Care Counselor
