Join us as we pursue our purpose to make the world work better for everyone. As a Principal Inbound Product Manager - AI Assistant, you'll guide the development of new employee experiences and build AI-powered capabilities within EmployeeWorks.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience in Product Management owning technically complex, high-impact products — ideally with building platforms for machine learning or generative AI products.
- Deep familiarity with machine learning concepts and a track record of working closely with ML engineers, particularly in areas such as natural language understanding, semantic search, conversational AI, agentic workflows, and speech technologies.
- Strong technical acumen, including previous experience as a software or ML engineer, enabling you to dive deep on system architecture, APIs, and infrastructure-level decisions.
- Proven success shipping enterprise-grade products to large user bases — including developing rollout strategies, customer feedback loops, and go-to-market coordination for features that scale to hundreds of thousands or millions of users.
