Senior Business Process Consultant (AI), Platform Products Expert Implementation Services

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Business Process Consultant (AI) to work with customers to drive consumption, adoption, and customer satisfaction on the ServiceNow platform, leveraging AI and Platform products to accelerate business outcomes. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of consulting experience and a strong understanding of AI Models, Deep Learning Models, and Large Language Models with a focus on Generative & Agentic AI.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of consulting experience for complex, global organizations
• Demonstrated ability to influence and consult across various industries and business use cases
• Proven experience in defining and deploying future-state business processes and in identifying solutions from a people, process and technology perspective
